The Alhambra Student Body uses only the following methods for payments, purchases, and donations. This includes all  teams and clubs. Cash, checks made payable to Alhambra ASB, and credit/debit cards may be used in the ASB office or Student Store. 

Checks should be made payable to Alhambra ASB only. NEVER make a check payable to any individual coach or advisor.  

AHS ASB is the only official payment account for Alhambra High School Student Body. 

We DO NOT ACCEPT Venmo or other online platforms.

ASB is using a new ticketing system for all athletic and ASB events. We are listed as Martinez Alhambra High School to differentiate from Alhambra in Alhambra, Ca.

Here are some of the highlights of Go Fan.

• Paperless (Do not print your ticket, must be shown on mobile device to redeem)
• Contactless/touchless - Show and redeem ticket on your mobile device upon entry
• May transfer tickets within family if you can’t all arrive at the same time
• NO TRANSFER allowed between students (no selling tickets)
• Checks students In to events providing up to the minute attendance
• Faster entry and shorter lines at the event
• May purchase at Athletic event gate with card

Come to the second club fair Wednesday, October 20 in the commons! You will be able to talk to club leaders and get information about these clubs. More detailed information will be coming with contact information, meeting place, and times for all these clubs.

Dear AHS Families,

Alhambra will no longer be using the 5 digit school site specific ID card # but will use the 10 digit district student ID code beginning this 2021-22 school year. What does this mean for parents and students? 

AHS ID cards received at school picture day will now carry the 10 digit ID number.

The 10 digit number will be used on the school Web Store, in the library, and at the cafeteria. 

Students and parents can find this number on the Aeries Parent Portal or by contacting ddawson@martinez.k12.ca.us or mgriffin@martinez.k12.ca.us

All Web Store customers will need to update their ‘My Family’ information to reflect the ID number change. 

All current AHS students have had their ID number changed in the Web Store, cafeteria, and library systems to recognize the new 10 digit number. New students will be added by 10 digit ID.

No Web Store purchase history will be lost. If you ordered under the 5 digit number we can still find your order.
