Deadline:  Thursday, March 26 at 4:00 pm


MUSD would like you to respond to an important survey about our Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP), mobile 1:1 computing/technology integration initiative, our facilities, and other important topics.  This survey is online, and it should take about 15 minutes to complete.  

If you do not have computer access, other options are:

· Visit your school site, where there will be devices available to complete the survey

· Call 925-335-5919 or 335-5800 to complete it over the phone in English

· Call 925-335-5850 to complete it in Spanish

The survey is active now, but the window is short.  It will be closed at the end of the day on Thursday, March 26.
